This thesis makes a study on the correlation between Parent-Child interaction and children's academic performance,based on the public data of Chinese Education Panel Survey 2013-2014,using exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis.The result of the analysis indicates that:By controlling individual differences,family differences and school differences,Parent-Child interaction shows a significant impact on children's academic performance.The children can perform better on the academic performance,if the parents could keep high expectations on them,including academic expectation,highest education expectation,career expectation etc.,if the parents could keep proper management,including less tutoring on the children's study,more time management on the children's entertainment,and proper intervention in the children's social relationship,and if the parents could keep directional accompany and interaction,including talking about the children themselves,eating or watching TV together.
