Practical Research On Social Work Intervention In Personality Education Of Students In Private Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of politics and economy in our country,the transition from "elite education" to "mass education" has been successfully completed.With the private higher vocational colleges in the actual social status and DH characteristics of college students is relatively weak,in order to let students be able in the future social development to seek a space for one person,can better adapt to the future social competition,this paper from the perspective of social work,personality education of DH College students,to promote the development of students' personality,enhance students' competitive power.First of all,this article through the literature and field surveys,the basic understanding of private vocational college students' individual education.Due to the influence of the traditional means of education,teaching methods and management mode,private vocational colleges ignore the personality characteristics of students to some extent,and affect the all-round development of students' personality.Secondly,analyze the necessity and feasibility of intervention in the personality education of private college students through social work,social work is found on students' personality education.The professional values,its methods and techniques,are very suitable for the development of students' personality.Therefore,this paper argues that it is necessary and feasible for the social work to intervene in the individual education of private higher vocational colleges.Thirdly,this paper tries to serve students' individual education through case study and group work in social work.Starting from the students' interests,hobbies and expertise,professional values,methods and skills of using social work,respect for individual differences of students,play the "win-win","people-oriented" values,stimulate the inherent potential of students,individualized education for the students,let students get all-round development.The students into "professionals" and "ability",to meet the needs of the society.Finally,through the review and Analysis on the research process,summed up the value concept,professional methods and skills of using social work,is conducive to the personality education of private college students,meet the needs of personality development of students.At the same time,reflecting on the research process,I draw some deficiencies existed in the cultivation of personality education in private higher vocational colleges,students' understanding and service effect,hope that in the future the research experience,provide a solid foundation for the future research.
