Maker education has developed into an important way to cultivate students' ability to innovation,practical ability and problem-solving ability.It is generally divided into three forms: the traditional manual processing of maker space;3D printmaker space;Makerspace based open source hardware design.Arduino as the main platform for an open source hardware production received wide attention from the education sector.Code learning,as one of the important part the learners must experience in the Arduino project learning process,is also an effective way to develop students' computational thinking.How to abstract the code learning interest in Arduino learning? High-level interest is good for improving students' learning,but the Arduino can not do that by itself.Proper instruction design base on Arduino learning is necessary.This paper worked on the instruction design of the Arduino education to improve students' code learning interest.Therefore this research is based on maker education,instruction design,learning interest etc.There are the works to be down based on the research question:First,do the study of maker education,instruction design,learning interest theories,choice proper instruction method and strategies to design the learning activity.Second,make a questionnaire to measure the code learning interest according to the interest measure theories.Implement the instruction according to the design,Implement the interest measure.Make the interview about the whole instruction process after.Third,according to the study implementation,three questionnaires and the interview record,analysis the point of the instruction,analysis the instruction design to improve students' coding interest.According to the works above,proposed the instruction design methods of improving students' code learning interest.
