| Innovation and entrepreneurship practices are carried out under the unified interaction of the social innovative atmosphere and the individual subjective initiative.Innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness plays a key role in the interplay of the two factors.Objectively speaking,the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship is a complicated process,and its development process is restricted and influenced by the interaction of various subjective and objective variables from all sides,including unconscious and conscious,rational and irrational,real and virtual,material and spiritual factors.However,it is noted that the rational,realistic and spiritual innovative and entrepreneurial awareness constitutes the most dominant factors in pursuing innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on such understanding,this essay aims to explore and analyze the essence of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurship consciousness,through regarding the innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness as the object for revelation,exploration and analysis,and drawing support from the theory of human beings' all-round development,human subjectivity theory,humanity theory and practice view within the basic principles of Marxism.This essay regards the process of innovation and entrepreneurship as a complicated system,and deems the practices of innovation and entrepreneurship as a medium,and conducts the research with the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness as a clue.In the study,this essay digs into the intrinsic relationship between the theoretical system of Marxism and the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness.Moreover,this essay,from the perspective of new normal economy,analyzes the status quo and the process of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness.Furthermore,this essay also aims to,from the perspective of human subjectivity,explore the role of innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness in the promotion of the social and individual innovative and entrepreneurial abilities,after human have transformed the requirement of innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness to the demand of innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness.Therefore,the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship desperately calls for innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness,and promoting the social and individual innovative and entrepreneurial abilities requires the research and cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness.This essay consists of five parts.The introduction part analyzes the background and the significance of this research,understands the present situation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness at home and abroad,and expatiates the research thought by carefully studying the academic papers and periodicals.The first part,from the perspective of Chinese new normal economic development,analyzes the undergraduates' innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness under the social background of popular innovation and entrepreneurship,and explores the cultivation process and its significance.The second part scrutinizes the theoretical basis of the cultivation of undergraduates' innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness through combing through the fundamental principles in Maxims classics.The third part deeply dissects the status quo of the cultivation of undergraduates' innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness under the new normal background,and analyzes its problems and underlying reasons.The fourth part focuses on the path of cultivating undergraduates' creative and entrepreneurial consciousness from the perspective of school,family,society and individual efforts. |
