Torso middle core,that is,the human body,is composed of shoulder joint,lumbar spine,hip,pelvis,a whole,including diaphragm(1 piece),abdominal muscle(5),basin belt(8),back(9),the thigh muscle(11).Core muscle group can stabilize the body center of gravity,maintaining balance,conduction outward force,is the body's "energy source" of power,equivalent to the car's engine,has the essential role.So,it is necessary for the core areas in sports training size muscles strength training.Everything has its value,the core strength training is no exception.The value of core strength training,the training is that it has a set of scientific,systematic,unique training methods,can improve human body function,in a sense,the core part of power determines the sport ability of body,therefore,the core strength training has become very important.In motion under the control of the nervous system,powerful core strength is easier to show the faster speed,more overall strength,more lasting endurance,better flexibility,more sensitive and more excellent ontology sense,these qualities are crucial in any sport.Based on the core strength training in basketball elective students of physical training,the application of research topic,mainly is the study of application of the core strength in the high school basketball team.The article structure is as follows:1,the core strength in consult relevant literature,on the basis of core strength training research significance and research status at home and abroad;2,in combination with the practical situation of wenshang county of shandong province first middle school,experiment content and process design,hypothesized,determine the research objects and methods and experiment;3,after the experiment,using scientific methods to analyze the experimental data and verify the hypothesis;4,comprehensive literature review,experiment and data analysis,conclusions and Suggestions.Experiment selected 30 wenshang county of shandong province first middle school(high school)basketball team players as the subjects of this study,evenlydivided into core strength training group and control group of traditional strength training.In order to ensure the objectivity of this experiment,the training plan shall be formulated by my personal,specific implementation,two physical education teachers during the experiment content confidential.Experiment after a pretest,measurement and comparison of experimental results,the analysis of core strength training is different from traditional strength training,the study conclusions and recommendations.Experiments of motor skills,training methods,test items are widely collected all aspects of experts,teachers and the opinions of the fitness industry practitioners,to move closer to the basketball techniques.Through selection screening to determine eight movement as experimental group training content of core strength training,and eight action as control group training content of traditional strength training.In eight weeks of the experiment summary of core strength training results,deepen the theory of core strength training in basketball fitness training in the empirical research,the innovation training mode in practice,establish and improve the high school basketball training system,inject new content for physical education and sports training,promote the ordinary high school basketball sports athlete's physical ability,technique level to further improve and development,for the basketball coaches or physical education teachers in the education teaching and the strength training in the future to provide certain reference basis.
