Reading plays an extremely important role in the development of human life.The level of reading literacy is more and more directly related to the future of the individual,and even the fate of the country.The cultivation of reading literacy starts from the low grade of primary school.And the cultivation of literacy training is a systematic project,only by virtue of the strength of teachers is difficult to support the important task,teachers and parents do not reciprocate the rigid education model is also difficult to adapt to today's social knowledge and technological progress.Cultivating junior college students 'reading literacy,teachers' cooperation is becoming more and more inevitable.At present,there are many problems in the cooperation of teachers in the teaching of junior high school students,so it is of great practical significance and theoretical significance to study the cooperative strategy of A primary school.Through the relevant research has been reviewed and sorted out,learned from the perspective of cooperation from the teacher to study the low school students to improve the quality of reading literature,the combination of the two has not yet been concerned about.After the integration of existing research and related literature to define the relevant concepts involved in this study,the reading literacy of junior and junior high school students in this paper refers to a basic accomplishment required for the completion of the reading tasks of junior grade pupils,including reading interest,Reading habits,reading ability of three dimensions,and because the lower grade children out of the enlightenment period,this paper based on the low grade of primary school students to improve the focus of reading should focus on the cultivation of reading interest,but also includes the development of reading habits and part of the shallow Level of reading ability(reading ability and understanding ability)training.In the practice of education,the questionnaires were carried out on the status quo of the teachers 'cooperation in the A primary school based on the junior students' reading literacy.The problems of the current co-operation were summarized as follows: : One is the teacher's cooperation content is simple,students read the guide piece incomplete one-sided;the second is a single form of teacher exchange,students lack of effectivemonitoring of reading;third is the process of one-way cooperation,students lack of targeted reading;Teacher cooperation arbitrarily strong,students read the guidance plan is poor;five teachers with low degree of cooperation,the effect is not satisfactory.And the reasons for the existence of the problem,the author believes that because of the differences between the concept of both teachers,the two sides of the status of inequality,pro-busy work and read the lack of regulatory capacity,and finally by the current extreme socialism in the popular atmosphere of the impact of This kind of background leads to the existence of various problems.Facing the problem,we must have the strategy,put forward the teacher cooperation strategy.The author also proposed to change the concept of reading,to create appropriate reading literacy training objectives;between teachers also have to respect each other and create a good atmosphere for cooperation;both sides should be the division of their duties,making guidance and supervision both;Both teachers must personally,in their own reading experience to enhance reading guidance,regulatory capacity.
