Research On The Attractiveness Of Secondary Vocational Education In Guizhou Province

In view of the attraction of secondary vocational education in Guizhou Province,this paper adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,visit method and SPSS statistical method.Based on the feasibility of the study,this study examines the status quo of the secondary vocational education attraction in Guizhou Province from the aspects of enrollment completion rate,wastage rate,source quality and students' recognition of secondary vocational education.The study found that the completion rate of secondary vocational education enrollment in Guizhou Province is low and the wastage rate is high.The initial human capital and initial social capital of the students in Guizhou Province are lower.The students' Based on the students' long-term income expectation of secondary vocational education and the long-term income of education,the author analyzes the logical relationship between the recognition and selection of secondary vocational education.The countermeasures proposed in response to the questions are: the government level should change the traditional concept,guide the community to respect the vocational education;withdraw the county level,strengthen the supervision of private middle school;school level should strengthen the teachers and training equipment and other aspects Construction,to create a good education environment,improve teaching and management,improve the quality of employment of graduates;market level need to strictly assess the qualifications and standardize and improve the labor market;social level should be formed to respect the values of vocational education.
