High school ideological and political teachers in the instant classroom appraisal is the high school ideological and political teaching in the process of learning to show the emotion and attitude of the students in the classroom,to give immediate effect,appropriate comments and feedback behavior,its purpose is to achieve effective communication and exchange between teachers and students,to enable students to discover their own shortcomings and advantages has its own,so as to improve the teaching quality of teachers,to achieve efficient teaching purpose.With the implementation of the national development of the new curriculum reform,in order to better practice of the new curriculum teaching idea,instant classroom appraisal problems by more and more teachers' attention,and standardize the system of instant classroom appraisal has important significance both in theory and in practice for students' learning and teachers' teaching.In accordance with previous experience and on the basis of the existing theoretical results on the methods of case analysis,through the combination of classroom observation,high school ideological and political "cultural life" in the teaching of teachers,classroom use instant evaluation.First of all,on the basis of the research and analysis of the existing literature,I sort out the current research situation of the immediate evaluation at home and abroad,and give a theoretical overview of the issues related to the immediate evaluation of the classroom.Secondly,through classroom observation and analysis of the current ideological and political classroom teaching record instant evaluation using the status quo,and explain the current instant classroom appraisal problems are: Teachers' classroom immediate evaluation of blunt,single subject,single,one-sided,narrow the subjectivity of being content.The main causes of the problems are summarized in two aspects: first,the concept of teachers;two,teachers' level of operation.Finally,aiming at the reasons put forward corresponding measures: to strengthen the research on instant classroom evaluation,deepen understanding of concept of immediate evaluation of classroom;strengthen teachers' moral cultivation,optimization effect evaluation;clear instant classroom appraisal to avoid formality;improve the teaching quality of classroom teachers instant evaluation;make instant classroom evaluation preparation.Through the study of real-time evaluation of classroom,can be seen to improve the teachers' instant classroom evaluation effect,from the two aspects of teachers' ideas and teaching ability strengthening will be successful,single catch any will affect the effect of instant classroom appraisal.
