In today's society,scientific technique is the first rivalry,while the development of science and technology after all neverdoesn't derive from education,therefore,education status in the international competition is not becoming more and more ignored,and as the teachers become the leaders of the education,whose position in educational reformation has been paid more and more attention to,and even the whole education has been paid more and more attention to,of course Chinese is no exception,our teacher's teaching style has become a new research field and form their own teaching style,which easier to obtain happiness and a sense of achievement,affected by this,China has begun the study of teachers' teaching style.After extensive consideration,the author intends to use the case study method to select the P teachers with the unique teaching style and outstanding teaching achievements as the research object of H.After six months of interviews,classroom observation and classroom record collection method,collecting rich information,teaching style in P to fully cooperate with the teacher's case study from this point of view to study the teacher P,summed up the P teacher's teaching style is intellectual and inducible teaching style,at the same time,the influence of internal P teacher teaching style formation analysis(personality,self seeking,knowledge accomplishment,teaching reflection)and external factors(the campus environment to create,promote,and key figures)on the teaching style of case study,and the formation of P teaching style of teachers put forward several suggestions to enhance knowledge base(and care for students,pay attention to self reflection;teaching innovation)to alert empiricism,hoping to provide some references for our growth and teaching of Chinese teachers Significance?But the research is a case study,which can't summary the universal rules,and because of time and energy,for the study of P teacher's teaching style is still insufficient,after also need further research and discussion to make the system more perfect and all-sided.
