Research On Application-based Undergraduate Talent Training Model Based On Project Management

Application-oriented undergraduate students' training mode is a new mode of cultivation in China's higher education in recent years.This mode adapts to the requirements of higher education for social development,thus widely accepted by students,parents,teachers or businesses.For work reason,the auther has been making research and exploration on how to build this mode,aiming to cultivate personnels with high-quality,ability,and zero adaptation period to meet the needs of enterprise,to deeply cooperate with enterprise,achieve effects satisfying to schools,enterprise and students,cultivate more talents adjusting to social developments.Nowadays,the traditional talentcultivation mode exists many problems that can not be neglected in students' internship or during their work,such as imperfect management methods and operational mechanisms,the disjoint of theory learnt and practical work and other troubles.These influence the quality of talent-cultivation directly.Therefore,this essay is dedicated to managing and reforming application-oriented undergraduate cultivation with knowledge of project management,having obvious practical meaning.This essay first analyses the present researches of application-oriented talent cultivation mode and tries to involve the ideas and theories of applicated universities talent cultivation.Them through study and research,make sure the actual problems facing and put forward corresponding resolutions position scientifically the talent training objectives;take the project overally to do the macroeconomic regulation;make use of contractual relationship to restrict tripartite behavior,make clear interests of all parties;so as to motivate enthusiasm and unify goals and directions;organize teams scientifically;plan overally;control reasonably team motivation;improve quality of talent cultivation.
