Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has insisting on the road of socialist education development with Chinese characteristics,emphasizing the cultivation of socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness and labor,and put moral education in the first place.In order to carry out the spirit of the Party Central Committee and fulfill the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,the Ministry of Education has promulgated the Standard of Ideological and Political Course for Ordinary High Schools(2017 edition),which highlights the cultivation of students' core discipline literacy.To implement the new ideas and requirements of the new curriculum standard,we must pay attention to the effectiveness of Ideological and political teaching in senior high schools.This article focuses on the cultivation of students' core literacy,and explores how to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political teaching in senior high schools.Firstly,it clarifies the connotation of the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political course in senior high school,and puts forward the principles to be followed in evaluating the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political course in senior high school,guiding by this principle,the evaluation criteria of teaching effectiveness are put forward from four dimensions: whether the school core literacy concept is clear,whether the students' interest in learning is strong,the degree of mastery of theoretical knowledge,whether internalization is in the heart,and externalization is in the line.Taking three senior middle schools in Xinyang City as the object of investigation,using the methods of questionnaires,interviews and observation,this paper understands the present situation of the teaching effect of the ideological and political courses in three senior middle schools,and finds that there are some problems in the process of learning the ideological and political theory courses for senior high school students,such as the lack of interest in learning,the lack of understanding of the deep connotation of knowledge,and the failure to enter the heart of the knowledge they have learned.By analyzing the existing problems,it is found that the reasons are mainly embodied in the four aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and teachers' quality: by analyzing the existing problems,it is found that the reasons are mainly embodied in the four aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and teachers' quality: the content of teaching materials is unreasonable and deviates from students' actual life;the teaching methods lay particular stress on theoretical teaching,and the practice link is weak;the teaching evaluation lays particular stress on examination scores,lacks of comprehensive examination of core discipline literacy and teachers' professional quality is not high.The teaching concept is outdated and lagging behind.On this basis,under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the colloquium of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in schools,this paper puts forward concrete countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political teaching in high schools: first,we must attach great importance to ideological and political education and firmly establish the concept of core literacy;secondly,we should strengthen the use of the Internet and textbooks,enrich classroom teaching content,and tap teaching resources in depth;thirdly,we should combine theory with practice in teaching,deepen students' theoretical knowledge so that students can truly enter their minds;fourth,improve the teaching evaluation system,multi-dimensional examination of core literacy;fifth,improve the professional literacy of teachers,cultivate good teachers of Ideological and political courses.
