Since 2004,a new round of curriculum reform has been completed under the promotion of the Ministry Education nationwide.The new "High School Geography Curriculum Standards" has changed greatly in terms of curriculum philosophy,curriculum objectives and implementation requirements.The practical teaching of student passive learning,quality education and other issues have not been fully implemented,so enhance the effectiveness of the geographical classroom becomes increasingly important.High school geography is an important part of middle school geography.Enhance the effectiveness of the classroom is conducive to high school students for the understanding and grasp of geographical knowledge.Based on the teaching theory of pedagogy,psychology and geography curriculum,this paper investigated the high school students and the high school geography teachers by using the questionnaire and observation method,and analyzes the existing problems of geography classroom teaching in China by means of literature review.The full text includes the following five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,purpose and significance of the effectiveness of the geography classroom,the research status and the research methods both home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical basis of the effective teaching of high school geography classroom,which is divided into high school geography teaching and the Inspiration of Constructive to Geographical Effective Teaching.The third part is through the questionnaire survey of high school geography teachers and students to conduct a sample survey,and the questionnaire analysis,according to the questionnaire to analyze the effectiveness of the geographical classroom problems.The fourth part mainly puts forward the strategies and suggestions on improving the efficiency of the classroom from the aspects of the preparation of the geography teacher,the communication with the students,the class work to improve efficiency on the effectiveness of the classroom strategy and recommendations.The fifth part is the corresponding teaching design for the effectiveness of high school geography classroom,and according to the questionnaire survey,the conclusion of the analysis and the existence of imperfections in the effective teaching of geography.
