With the unceasingly strengthening of China's comprehensive strength,the friendship developed between China and Thailand,Chinese teaching in Thai has also flourished.So far,There are 15 Confucius Institute and 11 Confucius Classroom in Thailand.At the same time,University and Primary school in Thailand have also begun to have Chinese class.And it even become an advanced symbol that a school have Chinese.However,its booming has also exposed some problems that Thai students' low level of Chinese characters.Because of the difference between Chinese and Thai,teachers pay little attention in Chinese characters.This situation is worth attention and thinking.Through the methods of literature research,material analysis and questionnaire,This paper study the teaching situation of Chinese characters in Thailand primary schools,and puts forward some teaching suggestions,hoping that the study can provide relevant examples in Chinese characters teaching for Thai primary school students.The paper in total five chapters,the first part is introduction.The second chapter is the background of the Prayaprasert School,mainly introduce the general situation of Chinese teaching in Thailand.The Third chapter mainly analyzes the difficulties in the Chinese writing of the elementary school students in Thailand.Taking Prayaprasert School for instance,the paper studies the acquisition of Chinese characters by three grades,and collects the data by collecting,finishing,questionnaire.To know the writing difficulties of Chinese characters.In the fourth chapter,the author raises a set of teaching strategies for according to the research situation.And the last Chapter is the conclusion.
