Under the impetus of the global wave of “Chinese fever”, the Thai Chinese teaching has a increasingly vigorous development. From the perspective of a long-term to the Thai Chinese teaching practice, learning of Chinese characters is the greatest difficulty to many foreign learners. In terms of current research to Thai Chinese teaching situation, the Chinese character teaching efficiency has been not high, this is a big problem that restricts Thai Chinese teaching. Due to the difference of writing system between Chinese and Thai is very big, and comparative study of two writing systems is not enough, the Thai Chinese teaching and learning is on its way. And some Chinese teachers pay too much emphasis on oral Chinese teaching while neglect the teaching of Chinese characters, which leads to the levels of handwriting of Thai students far lower than hearing, they are afraid of learning on the writing of Chinese characters, they feel tired, even give up. This situation is not optimistic, which is worth us to reflect on.The author draw lessons from and absorbs the research of predecessors, combined with the teaching experience of me in Sing Buri of Thailand, taking some writing material of students at Sing Buri School as the study of primitive data, questionnaire as supplementary material, to research on writing of Chinese characters teaching of Thai primary level. This paper tries to analyze and summarize the existing reasons why Thai students have Chinese writing errors, their error types, and puts forward the corresponding teaching suggestions.This article has four parts, the first part is the fore word part to introduce reason of choosing this theme, the present studies the research purpose and significance of this theme, researching the content and method, and the situation of Chinese character writing teaching for the students of Sing Buri School. The second part analysis statement on the Thai students Chinese characters written questionnaire and goals, and analyzed the questionnaire. The third part, by analyzing the questionnaire data, and combined with the original Chinese character writing materials collected at ordinary times, summarizes common errors of the Thai students Chinese writing and the reason of the error. The fourth part, draw lessons from scholars and absorb their teaching method, and combined with my own teaching strategies in Chinese character writing for Thailand middle school students.
