In recent years,domestic researchers pay more attention to the phenomenon of college students occupation decision-making difficulties,occupation decision-making difficulties refers to individual students for a variety of problems may be encountered in the decision-making process of the occupation,these problems will lead to individuals who do not have the ability to make a specific decision or dissatisfaction about the decision.Through access to relevant literature,studies have shown that there is a negative impact on the relationship between College Students' social support and social support utilization and occupation decision-making difficulties,there is a negative relationship between College Students' core self-evaluation and occupation decision-making difficulties,college students' core self-evaluation is in the judgment and evaluation of College Students' individual unconscious face their attitude and behavior ability the value of their own holdings.The existing studies always focus on the bachelor group and the second line cities,but master students in school have the same occupation decision-making difficulties,so this study tries to make master into the research group,objective support,subjective support and core self evaluation and social giving as well as on the use angle of support to the occupation decision are now difficult for college students to study and explore the relationship between the three,and give students some advice and support,enhance the college students perception of social support and core self-evaluation consciousness.In this study,a total of 498 different grades of college students(including master)in five colleges and universities in Zhejiang province,and Shanghai city,were studied by the Core Self-evaluation Scale,the social support assessment scale and the career decision difficulty scale,and the core self-evaluation,socialsupport and occupation of the current college students were discussed by correlation analysis and regression analysis.The relationship between decision making difficulties.The conclusions are as follows:(1)on the grade(bachelor or master),there are significant differences in urban domicile(rural or city),and the difficulty level of vocational decision-making is significantly greater than the level of professional decision making.The difficulty level of rural college students' career decision-making is significantly greater than the level of urban career decision-making difficulties.(2)the correlation analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the current college students' career decision-making difficulties and the core self-evaluation and social support,On the whole,the core self-evaluation of the college students has a significant negative correlation with the difficulty of professional decision-making,and the social support of the college students also has a significant negative correlation with the career decision-making difficulties.(3)the results of regression analysis shows that the total score of social support for college students have a significant positive predictive effect on the total score of core self-evaluation;,and there is a significant positive correlation with the career decision-making difficulties;the core self-evaluation have a significant negative predictive effect on the total score of professional decision-making difficulties.(4)the result of the test of intermediary effect shows that after the core self-evaluation enters the regression equation,the core self-evaluation of college students plays a complete intermediary role between social support and career decision-making difficulties.
