First of all,in order to understand the influence factors of the difference between the new teacher and the old teacher on the way of handling and handling of the unexpected events in the classroom.Designed the questionnaire about classroom incidents,through the data access and practice school teacher's advice,to predict the questionnaire were modified,and form the final questionnaire on primary school classroom emergency investigation questionnaire,with the help of school leadership of primary school teachers and classmates help online questionnaire.Secondly,for the further understanding of novice teachers and old teachers of classroom emergency treatment way,supplement questionnaire survey in the form of interviews,to practice school 12 of 22 of the teachers and other school teacher has carried on the interview work,a different approach for the study of the new and old teachers to the students,the impact of 16 to practice school pupils are also conducted interviews,novice gained the elementary school teachers and old teachers handling and handling differences of classroom breaking story firsthand influence on students.In addition,during the internship,some classes in the internship school were observed.Moreover,questionnaire,interview and observation records such as access to information for further induction,sorting,the acquired data were statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0,Finally,based on the statistics and comparative analysis of the preliminary survey results,this paper provides some Suggestions for primary school teachers and old teachers to deal with unexpected incidents in class.1.Elementary school teachers' classroom emergency handling is a lack of class of random strain capacity,however,most of the old teacher to use a flexible clever dissolve the classroom teaching art of emergencies,but there are also part of the old teacher can't do,also need to reflect on and learn.2.Through the student interview data collection and analysis concluded that novice teachers and old teacher in the same situation handling differences of students in the thought emotion,academic,and interpersonal aspects also can produce different effects.3.Through the survey of teachers' questionnaires,the results of the data analysis show that there are great differences between the new teachers and the old teachers in the view of education and the understanding and cognition of the unexpected events in the classroom.The new teacher has not enough attention to the unexpected events in the classroom,and is much less than the old teacher in the reflection of learning.The pressure is great,and there is a lack of self-control and generative power.
