With the continuous advancement of educational transformation,some new teaching philosophies and patterns have kept emerging.Specifically speaking,the teaching pattern of learning plan guidance has attracted extensive attention in recent years,and there have been some theoretical and practical research.Questions like whether this teaching pattern is suitable for mathematics in junior high school,how the teaching pattern is implemented during teaching,what questions might exist and how to solve these questions are of great theoretical value and practical significance.The author's own practice in teaching work is integrated in this paper,in which,some research is conducted on these questions.Firstly,the background of the topic selection,as well as the significance,plans and methods of research are introduced in this research,and the theoretical foundation of learning plan guidance and the current situation of domestic and overseas research are summarized.Furthermore,the core concept of this research is defined,and the fundamental teaching thought and principle of the teaching pattern of learning plan guidance are determined based on the existing research.A learning plan guidance model of mathematics teaching in junior high school is established,which is constituted of several parts,namely,pre-class learning plan(including situational lead-in,learning objective,question-answering,situation feedback and guidance on learning methods),learning plan during class(including learning objective,basic question-answering,analysis of key and difficult points,knowledge extension,class exercise and testing,and generalization and summarization),after-class reinforcement and improvement(including layered homework and direction-giving in thinking).The implementation of the teaching pattern of learning plan guidance is constituted of several links,which are preparation checking,basic question-answering,analysis of key and difficult points,class exercise and testing,and generalization and summarization.Secondly,action research is conducted on the pre-established teaching pattern in this research,and a plan of the action research is formulated.Furthermore,a teaching case is designed and elaborated,various pre-arranged plans are prepared,and students' learning in the classroom is observed.It is found that several questions exist in the classroom,such as students' deficient concentration and initiative,poor control over the pace of study,as well as ambiguous learning objectives,etc.Moreover,some modes,such as in-depth interview,question analysis and discussion regarding teaching and research are adopted to optimize some plans,namely,learning sheet should be effectively integrated with PPT,group's mode of cooperation should be cultivated,banner system for task-completion should be formulated,proper guidance should be provided to all members in layer-by-layer mutual assistance,students should be guided to interpret learning objectives,and the content of learning sheet should be designed hierarchically.It is verified through practice that the optimized plans can achieve satisfying effect as expected.In the end,some suggestions on the teaching pattern of learning plan guidance for mathematics teaching in junior high school are summarized in this paper: teachers should comprehensively understand students' lesson preparation and present key points and difficulties briefly and succinctly during the instruction;teachers should take a good control over the pace of the classroom;teachers should motivate students' initiative in learning in the classroom;more importance should be attached to the hierarchical design of tasks during learning plan guidance;learning plan guidance is expected to guide students' learning methods.teachers should strengthen classroom management in class;teachers should attach importance to the strategy of grouping.
