The national "11th Five-Year" in 2005 plan proposed to build a new socialist countryside,urban and rural development,promoting rural urbanization,the central document for many years,attaches great importance to the "three rural issues",the construction of new socialist countryside is a new era of the Party Central Committee is an important strategic decision to solve the "three rural issues".The State Council pointed out:"vocational education should serve the construction of new socialist countryside." Agriculture vocational education is to improve the quality of farmers,training of farmers,guarantee the development of agricultural industry have qualified successors is also a leader in the new rural construction,the rural education reform and development.China is a big agricultural country,and institutions of higher learning should strengthen agricultural vocational education and cultivate agricultural talents in the new era.The farmer occupation education can be divided into East Asia,Western Europe and North America three modes,based on the three kinds of agricultural education mode were analyzed and compared,discussed between China and abroad in agricultural education gaps and deficiencies,and experience from abroad;in addition,also discusses the Agricultural Vocational Colleges in the training of agr,icultural talents of the necessity and feasibility and the construction of new countryside in the important role,and taking Jiangxi Biotech Vocational College as an example,analysis of the current agricultural vocational schools do in personnel training efforts and progress.The Agricultural Vocational Colleges in participating in the construction of new countryside should actively change their ideas,vigorously policy advocacy guide;the.establishment of security system,improve the personnel training mode;improve service level,strengthen the construction of teachers team construction;personnel training,adjust the curriculum system.Not only for the domestic agricultural vocational education to provide valuable experience,but also for Higher Vocational Colleges in the construction of new rural areas to provide valuable ideas and countermeasures.
