Research On The Pilot Practice And Suggestions For Optimization Of The Applied Undergraduate Talents-cultivating Mode In Shanghai

Vocational education and general education are two different types of education,both of which have equal importance.Vocational education,as a type of education,plays a vital role in China's social and economic development.The system of modern vocational education has not been fully established,especially reflected in the development of vocational education above the undergraduate level at the internal connection level.Since 2014,China has clearly proposed the development of application-oriented universities to cultivate applied talents at the undergraduate level.In 2015,a large number of local undergraduate universities have been transformed into application-oriented undergraduate universities,and Shanghai has taken measures in respect of specialty construction.This pilot has provided a wealth of practical experience for exploring the development of vocational education at the undergraduate level.This study attempts to explore the background of exploring the talents cultivating mode of applied undergraduate in Shanghai;the pilot objectives,content and methods of the talents-cultivating mode of applied undergraduate in Shanghai.And optimization suggestions for Shanghai exploring the talent-cultivating mode of application-oriented undergraduate.This research is divided into seven chapters,the main structure is as follows:Chapter 1: It mainly explains the research background and significance.It sorts out relevant domestic and foreign literature and defines the core concepts of this research.Finally,put forward the main problems,research methods and technical routes to be solved by this research.Chapter 2: Background analysis of Shanghai's exploring applied talents cultivating mode.Through the analysis of the industrial development of Shanghai and the internal changes of Shanghai education,the background of Shanghai to explore the applicationoriented undergraduate talents cultivating mode is clarified.Chapter 3: The objectives,content,and methods of pilot project of applied undergraduate talents cultivating mode in Shanghai.Combined with the relevant policy texts and relevant measures,this article summarizes and analyzes the experimental goals,content,and methods of the applied undergraduate talents cultivating mode in Shanghai.Chapter 4: The status quo of the talents cultivating mode of the Shanghai Applied Undergraduate.Based on the analysis of the objectives,contents and methods of the pilot,analyzing the specific practice of the talents cultivating mode for some applied undergraduate pilot specialties in Shanghai through practical surveys and text analysis.Chapter 5: Effect and dilemmas of the pilot project of applied undergraduate talent training mode in Shanghai.Summarize the effectiveness of the current experimental of applied undergraduate in Shanghai,and deeply analyze the predicament of exploring applied undergraduate talents cultivating mode in Shanghai.Chapter 6: Suggestions on optimizing the talents cultivating mode of applied undergraduate in Shanghai.Aiming at the predicament and problems in the pilot project of Shanghai applied undergraduate talent cultivating mode,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.Chapter 7: Research conclusions and reflections.Summarize the main problems of this research and draw relevant conclusions.What's more,propose research prospects for the deficiencies in the research.
