Research On Optimization Strategy Of Passenger Safety Inspection Process During Peak Hours Of Kunming Changshui Airport

The rapid development of Kun Ming Chang Shui Airport,and the rising passenger volume put forward higher requirements on safety inspection business.The insufficient support capability of Passenger safety check during peak time has become an important factor of the airport's improvement of service quality. Especially in the busy season,during the peak time, Queuing congestion of the Security inspection waiting area has become increasingly serious, caused the lower satisfaction levels of passengers,even to the airport having a negative impact. How passenger security operations for scientific and reasonable planning, meet the requirements of customer to the airport service quality, How to carry on the scientific and reasonable planning to the passenger security operations, To improve and upgrade the capacity of the security check ability, Meet the requirements of customers to the airport service quality have very important practical significance and application value.At present, the increasing vice class service mode has been used during the busy season's peak time to support Passenger security checks by the security check station,Whereas,personnel fatigue degree is deepen and the quality of Security work exists hidden dangers. The paper takes the service mode and the process of passenger security check as the object, the scheduling model and passenger security process optimization has been researched. The scheduling model is put forward on the basis of predecessors and the production practice, the passenger security process optimization is researched as follow. Then, combing with the practical background of the Kun Ming Chang Shui Airport's security work,this article takes Security Check Inspectors of passenger inspection as a group, the passenger satisfaction, the error rate, the work time was analyzed. Then, Daily scheduling optimization model and annual allocation optimization model are established. The work model of passenger inspection is put forward at last.Terminal passenger safety inspection process of the existing research is limited to a single channel to increase staff positions, prompt passengers queue time. this paper, the passenger access to security inspection and passengers waiting in line was taken as a system, the process optimization analysis method was used to analyze passenger screening process, the improved passenger screening process was put forward, Which takes Service standards as constraints, by extracting the historical data of passengers to be checked, the optimized passenger screening process is verified. The Results shows that the required on-the-job security personnel reduces, the passengers waiting for security check time is decreasing, improved the security rush-hour congestion phenomenon. Which support the theoretical guiding significance to the airport security check station's operation.
