Research On The Social Security Of Land-losing Farmers In The Western Regions

At present, the rapid urban expansion rapidly eroded the surrounding land and farmers of urban areas lost their food supply.They gradually lost the foundation of maintaining production and the old-age security. Because the current land expropriation compensation system in China still is not perfected, the land-lost farmers obtain compensation which can make up for the current life needs. The future of life, economic income, children education, pension problems and some needs to rely on land have become problems ---a pain of land-lost farmers. China's current urban and rural residents to implement basic social pension system has made positive effortsin improving the overall urban and rural social security system construction and 60 years of age or older living in rural areas.Beacause the current old-age security for landless peasants insurance payment standard is lower, collective subsidies and local financial subsidies are not in place, the formation of workers reach retirement age pension level is low, the effect of urban and rural residents social endowment insurance is not ideal.Therefore, the existing social pension security system needs to be improved in order to adapt to the rapid changes in social security needs.The imperfection of the social security system is a common problem in ChinaTaking.This paper takes S as an example to explore the social security for the aged peasants in western region of land, mainly by the empirical analysis, to obtain the first hand data, starting from the actual problem of the local existence, improvement of the shortcomings of social security system for the farmers in the land, and the reference system of social old-age security in other counties the provinces, cities and counties, to provide a reliable basis for the western area of the social old-age security system is perfect, it has important practical significance for solving similar problems nationwide;By using the methods of literature analysis, relevant research results of social security for the aged peasants at home and abroad of the landless, to analyze and study the relationship between social security system reform, and to solve the problem of landless peasants social security, explore the peasants'living condition, economic income, employment, education, pension issues from a scientific point of view, and strive to put forward feasible measures to solve the problem of landless farmers social endowment insurance. By using the comparative analysis method, through the comparison of the existing social security system in other areas, comprehensive analysis of the existing problems, drawing on the results of the reform of the social security system for land lost farmers, combined with the actual situation of S city to solve the problem of the same kind of problem in our country.
