increasingly diversified,trade commodity structure continued to optimize,and the contribution of trade to economic growth becomes more and more prominent.As a pillar industry of China's national economy,agricultural product processing industry connected with industry and agriculture,and it is not only very important for supporting economic development,ensuring the national income,improving the quality and efficiency of agriculture,but also plays an important role in the field of international trade,and has great significance to promote the sustained and healthy development of China's foreign trade.In recent years,China's agricultural product processing industry development is rapid,the industrial scale continues to expand and the export trade grows rapidly.But China's processing industry of agricultural products export market mainly concentrated in Europe,America,Japan,Korea and other traditional trade partner countries and regions,higher export market concentration degree is not conducive to the sustainable development of export trade and the implementation of China's "export market diversification strategy".Therefore,it is very important to deeply research the international trade of agricultural products processing industry in China,analyse the industry export market structure optimization level,explore the export trade influence factors and market potential,and search for the potential of agricultural products processing industry export market,for promoting the structural adjustment of China's export market,expanding the export scale of agricultural products processing industry,furthering the development of agricultural products processing industry in China,and increasing the agricultural and farmers'income.First,this paper describes the development status of China's agricultural products processing industry from five angles of enterprises number,economic efficiency,capital accumulation,product output,export scale.Study found that the industry has made rapid progress in recent years,the number of enterprises above the scale and economic benefits are significantly increased,fixed asset investment rose steadily,production scale is expanding,goods production continues to grow,and agro-processing industry in China has become an important pillar industry of the national economy.At the same time,the scale of China's exports of agricultural processing industry is also increasing year by year.Among them,export value of clothing and other fiber manufacturing industry is the largest,and export growth rate of rubber products industry and paper products industry is the fastest.Secondly,this article evaluates the Chinese agricultural product processing industry export market structure by using export market concentration ratio,export market concentration degree and export market diversity index,and analyzes the matching degree between Chinese agricultural product processing industry export market and the structure of the world import market.Research results show that:the export market structure of China's agricultural products processing industry tends to be optimized,the export market concentration ratio and export market concentration degree index are decreasing,export market diversity index yearly increased,the match between the export market structure of China's agricultural products processing industry and the world market is gradually strengthened,and the structure of the export market tends to be stable.Thirdly,this paper introduces the variables of economic scale,population size,geographical distance,the import country's trade dependence,exchange rate,regional economic organization,boundary and other variables into the gravity model equation,and discusses the main factors of China's agricultural products processing industry.The results found that economic scale has promoted the export,population size has inhibitory effect on China's overall export trade of agricultural products processing industry but plays an different roles on the export trade of various sectors,geographical distance restricts the export trade,the increase of RMB exchange rate has a blocking effect on the export of China's agricultural products processing industry,the high trade dependence degree of the partner countries is conducive to the development of China's export of agricultural products processing industry,different regional economic organizations have different effects on the export,and having a common border can drive the expansion of export scale.Finally,the paper estimates the potential of China's export trade of agricultural products processing industry,and tries to find the potential export market to provide the basis for further optimization of the export market structure.The results show that China's export of agricultural products processing industry to Canada and other 20 countries belongs to"inadequate trade",it shows that China has great potential in the export trade in these countries.And the China's export to Britain,France,Italy and other other European countries as well as Indonesia and other ASEAN countries showes "excessive trade",in this regard,China will continue to maintain a stable and mature trade relationship with these countries,and seek more in-depth cooperation,deepen the processing of agricultural products trade.According to the research conclusion of this paper,in the end of the article,it gives the policy recommendations to further optimize the export market structure of agricultural products processing industry.It thinks China should do:?Match the export market of China's agricultural products processing industry and the structure of the world import market;?Develop the export market
