With the advancement of economic globalization,the competitive environme nt enterprises facing is increasingly complex.Along with knowledge economy f orce,enterprise's competition will eventually evolved into talent competition.Th e enterprise talent value will determine the enterprise development.Although the state-owned enterprises in our country have special backgrou nds,they should also shoulder the responsibility of self-financing.Enterprise's d evelopment cannot leave the staff's efforts,nowadays state-owned enterprises e mployee turnover cast a shadow over its development.How to effectively man age the employee's departure has become the problem urgently needs to solve for the state-owned enterprise managers.In previous studies,the early departure problems caused the attention of sc holars.By a large number of previous related literature summary,this article b oils employee turnover down to three kinds of influencing factors:the individu al level factors,Organizational level factors and environment.This paper tried t o introduce Integration theory to do further research of employee turnover.At first,According to the theory of integration,this paper described and e xplained the status of employee turnover.Employee's turnover was due to the 1 ess of internal force of integration.According to the formula of internal force of integration,the paper boils employee turnover down to three kinds of influe ncing factors:The quality of the organization,Psychological distance and the e nvironment.At last,this paper also explains the process of the factors influenc e.Combined with previous research and theory results,this paper respectively set the open and closed questionnaire conducted state-owned enterprise employ ee turnover.The results of the survey show that other factors all affect the em ployee turnover except of the aspect of survival needs.The article also analyse the different effects of the population has different characteristics.Through the analysis of the investigation result,this paper puts forward th e thought to manage the employee turnover problems existing in state-owned e nterprises:enlarge the quality of the organization,reduce the Psychological dist ance and reduce the environment interference.
