With the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the utilization of cultivated land resources has changed, the negative activities such as the occupation of cultivated land and the destruction of the environment have always existed in the process of Urbanization, for example, the destruction of cultivated land ecosystem, the decline in the quality of cultivated land resources, agricultural pollution. The quantity and quality of cultivated land protection is insufficient, the value of cultivated land resources in a dynamic change, especially the ecological value of cultivated land resources is ignored, the ecological compensation standard of farmland is not scientific, there are significant regional differences.Taking Liaoning Province as an example, this paper discusses the change of ecological value of cultivated land from the perspective of urbanization. This paper analyzes the changes and distribution of cultivated land resources in Liaoning Province from two dimensions: time and space, analyzes the coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological value of cultivated land in Liaoning Province from2005 to 2014,providing suggestions for the future development of urbanization and the ecological protection of cultivated land resources in Liaoning Province. At first, this paper clarifies the basic concepts of related concepts and the ecological value of cultivated land resources.Based on the basic theory of cultivated land resource values, cultivated land multi-functional theory, land fertility and productivity theory and eco-economic theory, this paper analyzes the development of urbanization and the utilization of cultivated land resources in Liaoning Province,There are three ecological problems in the process of urbanization in Liaoning Province, which are increasingly fragile in cultivated land ecosystem, obvious degradation of cultivated land quality and serious pollution of cultivated land.Based on the results of Costanza and Xie GaoDi,the ecological value per unit area of cultivated land resources in Liaoning Province from 2000 to 2014 was measured, and the ecological compensation value of cultivated land resources was obtained taking into account the actual willingness to pay.Through the temporal and spatial analysis of the ecological value of cultivated land resources in Liaoning Province,it is found that theecological value and ecological compensation value of cultivated land resources in Liaoning Province are gradually increasing and developing in the time dimension. The change rate of ecological function value was 2.63%,and the change rate of ecological compensation value was 9.41%.From the spatial distribution,The central and western regions of Liaoning province city to increase the value of the range is limited, generally in a weak increasing trend, the average growth rate is lower than the level that is still the city still need to increase efforts to strengthen the protection of arable land resources, ecological construction. The coupling model was used to analyze the relationship between urbanization and the ecological value of cultivated land resources in Liaoning Province from 2005 to 2014.It was found that the coupling degree of urbanization and ecological value of cultivated land resources was high and the degree of mutual influence was higher, the coordinated degree of coordination develops from transition to harmonic height, and the degree of development is more and better.Coupling development type development direction is mainly from the ecological lag to urbanization lagging type.According to the above analysis conclusions, put forward three proposals, including the development of green agriculture, farmland protection division and dynamic monitoring system,in the future, the urbanization of Liaoning Province should be deepened, and the stability of cultivated land ecosystem should be improved.
