| The formation of industrial technology innovation platform contributed to the birth of a new model of orchestra about R&D resources,this new model promote the effectiveness of development and innovation advance to a new stage,technology innovation model has also become rich and varied.At present,Jiangxi province has obtained many outstanding achievements in some pillar industry on industrial technology innovation and with fixed influence in their fields.With the thinking of"intelligent manufacturing in China" gradually advancing in many industrial fields of China,technology innovation platform model has the referential significance in constructing a new industrial innovation organization frame which different from traditional innovation model.The industrial technology innovation platform construction and running in Jiangxi Province is just in early stage,therefore,this is an opportunity to promote industrial technology innovation in Jiangxi province to catch up from behind.Therefore,it has a great importance in research current situation of innovation performance on industrial technology innovation platform in Jiangxi province and also useful in strategic layout about industrial technology innovation platform in Jiangxi province.This article construct the performance evaluation index system by process management of industrial technology innovation platform as the main line,evaluating the selected samples of technology innovation platform in Jiangxi province and based on the combination of evaluation result with investigation to put some suggestion.This research contains both qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes,therefore,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive analysis are adopted as tools.Firstly,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and operation modes about running performance of industrial technology innovation platform in Jiangxi province,and compares the existing operation modes.Subsequently,using analytic hierarchy process to index system for weight assignment which index are selected from literature review,questionnaire,professional files,forming performance evaluation index system contains resources attraction efficiency of platform,resources using efficiency of platform,process management efficiency of platform,innovation efficiency of platform,4 first grade index,11 second grade stage and 41 third grade index.Selecting national and provincial industrial technology innovation platform for each four samples from pillar industry in Jiangxi province and to be applied by selected index,using evaluation index system to evaluated by the experts,afterthat,practicing empirical study by fuzzy comprehensive analysis and getting the comprehensive result of performance in Jiangxi province industry technology innovation platform.The result shows that the overall evaluation result by empirical study of performance in Jiangxi Province industrial technology innovation platform is excellent,however,some problems related to innovation platform still need to be improved which have been found in field research and running performance,Accordingly,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions,as well as the shortcomings and prospects of the study. |
