Z Company's Corporate Training Needs Analysis And Research

China's enterprises in the development process has realized the importance of the training in the process of enterprise development, and gradually increase the intensity of training, application of modern technology in staff training, by using the method of analyzing the scientific training needs, develop appropriate training, improve the comprehensive quality of the staff of the enterprise to maximize. To achieve the goals of training, enterprise Z fully combined with the actual situation of the construction of the staff in the training strategy. Those action teaches employees how to adapt to market competition environment, improves the level of knowledge and skills, updates the processes and technology, strengthens the analysis of internal and external environment, and makes the implementation successfully and effectively.This article uses the literature material law, questionnaire survey method and the interview method to carry on the questionnaire survey to the enterprise's training demand situation and carries on the interview to some employees and analyzes the training demand of enterprise Z's process. Through the questionnaire survey,for satisfaction part of the training course, more than 50% employees of enterprises Z show satisfaction or strongly satisfaction, but there are more than 1/3 staff believes that enterprise Z's training course is normal; for satisfaction part of training procedure,44.5% of employees are satisfied with or very satisfied it, but 21.9% of employees express dissatisfaction with the way of training;for satisfaction part of training teachers,employees are satisfied about training teachers of enterprise Z about teachers'skill of mobilizing the atmosphere, the ability about expression, teaching attitude, professional level etc..Based on previous study, find out the problems and reasons from training procedure,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the enterprise Z's training needs analysis.It is believed that more enterprises will use the analysis of training needs and the effectiveness of training will be increased with the improvement and promotion of the training needs theory and relative method.
