The Research Of The Impacts Of Rural Labor Transfer On The Farmland Circulation In China

In recent years,China's rural labor force transfer and the problem of agricultural land circulation has been the focus of many scholars and countries,these two issues and China's economic development background and China's current economic development policy has a great relationship.The rapid development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in China has also exposed some problems in the rural social security system,the market regulation of agricultural land circulation and the scale operation of agricultural land circulation in promoting the social and economic progress.By studying the influence of the transfer of rural labor force on the circulation of farmland,it is found that the problems in China can be more effective in realizing the transfer of rural labor force to cities and different industries,and make the process of agricultural land flow more smoothly.This paper first analyzes some theories related to the transfer of rural labor force and the circulation of farmland,analyzes the current situation of rural labor force transfer and the current situation of farmland circulation,and finds that China's rural labor force is affected by urban and rural income gap and social economic development Level,the role of social security and other factors,but also faced with the difficulties of urbanization after the transfer of agricultural land use efficiency and other issues,while China's agricultural land transfer there are short transfer period,narrow financing channels and other issues.Then,through the empirical analysis,it is found that the farmland area involved in the circulation has a great relationship with the quantity of rural labor force,and the area of agricultural land changes with the change of rural labor force.Then it analyzes the influence of GDP,urbanization level,urban-rural income gap and household income on rural labor force transfer and farmland circulation in China,and finally leads them to have positive influence on rural labor force transfer and farmland circulation.According to the above conclusions,the following five suggestions are put forward:first,encourage farmers to start their own businesses;second,pay attention to the improvement of farmers' quality;third,establish and improve the rural social security system.Fourth,improve the farmland circulation market system;Fifth,accurate positioning of the government functions.
