Research On The Competitive Relationship Between HSR And Civil Aviation In China Under The High Flight Delay Rate

In recent years,with the development of the Chinese 2030 high-speed railway and long-term planning scheme,the construction of high-speed railway in China has entered a rapid-development stage.Under the competition of high-speed railway,the civil aviation has been greatly affected in China.However,with the increasing of the flight delay rate in recent years,the flight delay rate is also an important factor which affects the competition between HSR and civil aviation.Based on this background,the competitive relationship between HSR and civil aviation under the high flight delay rate in China was considered in this paper.The related theory about the competition between high-speed railway and civil aviation was briefly introduced in this paper,at the same time,the passenger travel utility function and the high-speed passenger rail operators profit function and the sharing rate model was established.The game model of the competitive relationship between HSR and civil aviation under the high rate of flight delays was established.The factors which can influence passenger travel choice uncder the high flight delay rate were considered,and the game model was established.In order to facilitate the solution,the double matrix game model was transformed into the quadratic programming model in this paper.And the quadratic model was solved by the Lemke-Howson algorithm.In this paper,the sensitivity of flight delay rate was analyzed,and the relationship between the high speed rail and civil aviation was studied.Finally,this paper selects the Beijing-Shanghai passenger corridor as an example to verify the game model,and provides a reference for the operation strategy of high-speed passenger carriers.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the actual operating conditions of high speed passenger transport market,the affected factors of the competition between high-speed railway and civil aviation under the real conditions of flight delay factors was considered.This analysis was based on the analysis of high-speed railway and civil aviation technical and economic characteristics and the layout of the comprehensive analysis of the competition between high-speed railway and civil aviation.The index was established on the passenger travel utility function based on the flight delay rate,and the sharing rate model of the passenger flow of high-speed passenger rail operators(high-speed rail operators and civil aviation operators)was established.At the same time,the high-speed passenger rail operators(high-speed rail operators and the shipping business)revenue function was established.(2)The double matrix game model of high-speed railway and civil aviation under the high flight delay rates was established.In order to facilitate the solution,the double matrix game model was transformed into the quadratic programming model in this paper.And the quadratic model was solved by the Lemke-Howson algorithm.In this paper,the sensitivity of flight delay rate was analyzed,and the relationship between high-speed rail and civil aviation was analyzed.Finally,the Beijing-Shanghai passenger line was used as an empirical analysis to verify the model.And the empirical analysis results show that the game model established in this paper is scientific,and the study of the competition between HSR and civil aviation in this paper has practical significance for the strategic adjustment of high-speed passenger cariers.(3)This paper considers the competition betweein high-speced railway and civil aviation under the high flight delay rate,the high speed transport operators in the actual operation conditions should consider how to adjust the strategy to increase their revenue.In order to achieve the maximum benefits,the higlh-speed rail operators shoulcd consider how to take strategies to increase the revenue under the fliglht delays,and civil aviation operators will take strategies according to the operators of high-speed railway to adjust the strategy of transportation product.In this paper,the competitive game model between high-speed railway and civil aviation is analyzed,and the final answer of the game model is balanced.
