The Study On The Pricing Of High Speed Railway Freight Express In China

In recent years,the construction of high-speed railway in our country has been accelerated.However,the development of the traditional railway freight has suffered a bottleneck.The railway freight volume and turnover volume have declined for five consecutive years.Under the background of reform the railway freight mode which faces the adjustment of industrial structure in our country.Combination the existing high-speed railway network and express freight transportation becomes the inevitable choice to adapt to the economic new normal.Different from the traditional railway freight transportation mode,it is difficult to apply the cost plus pricing model to the high-speed railway freight transportation because of its limitation of timeliness,rapidity and limited capacity.Therefore,according to the needs of the new high－speed rail express cargo transport model to develop a dynamic pricing mode,reasonable cost structure analysis,which consider the market competition and other freight price relations,making the transport sector revenue maximization.In this paper,the high-speed rail express industry has been analyzed.Compared the domestic and foreign high-speed rail freight organization mode and pricing method.On this basis,discussed the capacity of high-speed rail transport and the rapid growth of demand for freight transport.Considering the impact of high-speed rail freight pricing complicatedly,high operation cost of express freight volume,establishment of decomposition,and transport mileage for the cost income pricing model as independent variables,to analyze the impact of traffic and transport mileage on the breakeven point.We obtain the equilibrium solution of freight price through the Beckmann traffic equilibrium assignment model,and discuss the high speed express price under the condition of market competition.In this paper,from the two angles of transportation cost and market competition,solving the defects of the current pricing model,and sets up the dynamic freight rate model of cost oriented and competitive oriented high-speed rail freight transportation.Using MATLAB simulated,we can get the advantages of high-speed rail express in 600-1500 km.Taking Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway as an example,through the sensitivity analysis,the relationship between the express price of high speed railway and the price of aviation and highway in dynamic competition is obtained.This paper uses the air cargo price mode,design sales pricing tools for different customs and forecast the future development path of high-speed rail express,provide a theoretical basis for the railway company to develop high-speed rail freight price and capacity control strategy.
