Current China's economic slowdown,deepening the supply side of the reform background,the software market competition is still very intense.As a provider of software outsourcing services H Group,faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.To maintain market competitiveness,we must develop a strategy for the development of the company,and strategic implementation.The strategy of the company is the indispensable compass of its development.Whether the current strategy of the company can meet the requirements of the enterprise's development and help the enterprises to improve their competitiveness is the research topic of this paper.H Group has a high market appeal and customer loyalty,the main business is software outsourcing.Therefore,the study of H Group's software outsourcing strategy will be the status of China's software outsourcing to promote and promote the role.Innovations in this paper: The use of a variety of analytical tools within the company's internal and external environment analysis gives recommendations for current strategies.Through the service profit chain model leads to the importance of the internal staff of the company's services,and around the service profit chain of internal business strategy and service delivery system research and discussion of organizational capacity building.The first chapter introduces the research background,the purpose and significance of the study,as well as the content,ideas and innovation of the research.In the second chapter,the development of strategic theory and strategic analysis tools,strategic evaluation and control framework are summarized.Chapter 3 provides an overview and briefings of H Group.In the fourth chapter,the external environment of H group is analyzed,and the macro environment is analyzed by PEST.The industry environment analysis is carried out with industry life cycle and Porter five-force model.The fifth chapter analyzes the internal environment of the H group,and uses the internal analysis framework of the value chain model and the VRIO test model to analyze the resources and the ability of the enterprise.The analysis method is to use the value chain analysis to determine the resources and capabilities to support the various business activities,and then the VRIO analysis of these resources and capabilities,and ultimately determine the source of sustainable competitive advantage and foundation.Chapter 6 uses the SWOT model to refine the competitive advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the H group.Will be refined items to score,and ultimately come to H Group for the development of the strategy.Chapter 7 introduces the current strategy and carries out H Group's strategic diagnosis and gives strategic recommendations.Chapter 8 of the implementation of the strategy,refer to the "service profit chain" model of the company's internal management,from the organization and the ability to equip,performance appraisal and pay benefits,corporate culture and strategy implementation of the three aspects were discussed.Chapter 9 conclusion and revelation,give the H group strategy research conclusion,and gives the software outsourcing enterprise some enlightenment.
