The Research Of Growth Mechanism Between Sci-tech Human Resources And New High-tech Enterprises

With the development of China's economy,innovation has become a new driving force for development.Sci-tech human resources,as the carrier of science and technology,are the main force in the production,diffusion and application of knowledge and play an important role in economic development.High-tech enterprises are an important part of the emerging economy,to maintain long-term competitiveness,we must strengthen the role of innovation of sci-tech human resources.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the mechanism of sci-tech human resources to the growth of high-tech enterprises.This paper defines the concept of sci-tech human resources and high-tech enterprises,and summarizes the research situation of sci-tech human resources and enterprise growth.Besides,we take the data of listed companies from 2012 to 2015 as the research samples.In this paper,we establishes a model,in which the enterprise growth ability as the dependent variable and sci-tech human resources as independent variables.On the basis of many scholars' research and using the factor analysis,unit root test,co-integration test,linear regression and quantile regression method,we discuss the influence of sci-tech human resources for the growth ability of high-tech enterprises.The research results show that sci-tech human resources have a significant impact on the growth ability of high-tech enterprises;the impact of sci-tech human resources on the growth of high-tech enterprises is lagging behind;this effect will vary from industry to industry;the role of sci-tech human resources in the growth of enterprises depends on the different growth stages of high-tech enterprises.The conclusion of this paper further validates the mechanism of sci-tech human resources to the growth of high-tech enterprises,which can provide reference for high-tech enterprises to strengthen the development of sci-tech human resources.
