Group Social Work Getting Involved In Institution Adaptation Issues Of Seniors Enjoying Five Guarantees

With the acceleration of aging population in China,the number of elderly people is rising,and the aging problem is more and more serious,so the elderly service related issues have gradually been taken seriously.However,seniors enjoying five guarantees who are regarded as a vulnerable group,professional services for them is seriously inadequate.This paper selects nursing home of Xing' an League A in inner Mongolia province as research location,views institution adaptation issues of seniors enjoying five guarantees as starting point,summarizes relevant studies abroad and at home,employs literature method,interview method and observation method under guidance of successful aging theory,group interaction theory and group work interaction model.It designs specific plans and sets up the "sunshine house" institution adaptation group for seniors enjoying five guarantees which are designed to meet the requirements of physical health,cognitive emotion and personal development through experiential games,skill learning,knowledge popularization,discussion,sharing and other forms.It can help the elderly to achieve the low risk of disease or disability,high function of mental and body,as well as to actively participate in social activities.Summarizing,evaluating and exploring the Panel's process and results can promote faster and better adaptation of seniors enjoying five guarantees to the institutions.And the paper illustrates thinking and recommendations for implementation method of group work,specific circumstance of A nursing home,seniors enjoying five guarantees related policies and things of social level in order to achieve successful aging in group of seniors enjoying five guarantees.And it may provide reference for research of relevant areas and institution elderly care services for seniors enjoying five guarantees.
