The high employee turnover rate could bring enterprises unnecessary loss.For example,the enterprises need to recruit new staff and to train them,and the new staffs and the staffs who will leave the work are low efficiency.For enterprises,the layoff of staff who master important technology and customer materials will bring great losses.Thus the employee's turnover has been paid more and more attention to by scholars and managers.Firstly,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign researches on IT outsourcing service,organizational commitment and turnover intention.Nowdays there are a great deal of researches on turnover intention,and it shows that organizational commitment is crucia element which affect employee's turnover intention.However,seldom research concerns on employee's turnover intention of outsourcing staff in IT industry in china.This paper aims at studying it.With the retrospection of research fingdings about China and overseas employee's turnover intention,by taking the IT outsourcing staff as a sample,the paper purposes to build the employees' turnover model to study the key variables which affect the employees' turnover with the reference of the variable of organizational commitment.Then,the questionnaire is established by the maturity scale of organizational commitment and turnover intention.In this questionnaire we use the Likert five scoring method to measure the employees' organizational commitment and turnover intention,the higher socer,the higher of organizational commitment and turnover intention.By means of questionnaire survey to 508 employees in 4 companies,this paper obtain the investigation data.Firstly,we give a statistical description of the data and introduce the data analysis methods which we used in this paper.Then,adopting SPSS 17.0 software statistically analyze the investigation data and verifying the hypothesis proposed in this paper.The research findings are as follows:1.The organizational commitment of IT outsourcing staff in china is consisted by affectivity commitment,continuance commitment and normal commitment.2.The dimensions of organizational commitment have negative effect on turnover intention.3.In the three dimensions of organizational commitment,affectivity commitment and continuance commitment act outstanding role on turnover intention,and affectivity commitment exerts greater power on it.4.The variable of population statistics has certain effects on organizational commitment and turnover intention.At last,according to the empirical analysis,this paper put foward some constructive suggestions about how to effectively control and reduce employees turnover in IT outsourcing service industry.
