In this dissertation,we take the knowledge-based enterprises as the research object.According to the characteristics of knowledge based enterprise skilled personnel,this paper investigates the influence of different factors that influence the turnover of skilled talents.According to the results of the research and field investigation,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the knowledge-based enterprises.The article is divided into four modules: theoretical research,empirical analysis,research and conclusion.The theoretical part mainly studies the concept and characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises and skilled talents.The impact of the loss of skilled talents and the related literature.This paper will divide the 16 main factors which influencing the separation of skilled personnel into five dimensions to construct the theoretical model which affects the departure of skilled personnel and carry on the empirical research.The empirical analysis starts with the relationship between the turnover tendency of skilled personnel and the salary and benefits of the enterprise,the realization of personal value,job satisfaction,enterprise factors and personal factors.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the reliability,validity analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,and to explore the relationship between the turnover tendency of skilled personnel and the influencing factors of four dimensions.According to the correlation coefficient between turnover intention and the influencing factors,the influence degree of skilled personnel turnover is obtained.Based on the empirical analysis and from the perspective of human nature.The article starts from the aspects of personnel recruitment,staff's daily management,staff's turnover tendency period and staff turnover period.Rationalization advice were given to help knowledge-based enterprises to better retain talent...
