At present,human resource has become the most important factor of production and the quality of human resources has become the decisive factor to the success of the enterprise competition.Since the human resources management is the guarantee of the employee recruitment quality and the recruitment is the most essential step that aims at recruiting qualified human resources,therefore,enterprises are paying more and more attention to human resources recruitment and attach great importance to the adoption of excellent internal staff.To some extent,qualified personnel has a vital influence on the actual development of an enterprise.The quality of the employee recruitment is directly related to the whole quality of employees and the distribution of staff structure.However,there are all kinds of recruitment risks and hidden dangers when recruiting,which to some extent has influence on the development of the enterprise.If the enterprise fails to deal with the risks and hidden dangers well in the recruitment,then,it will bring huge impact and losses to the company.X company is a manufacture company producing household equipment,domiciled in Surabaya City Indonesia.From the years 2012-2015 X company has decreased the amount of its labor,so the company still needs to recruit new employees to continue supporting the company operation so it still can produce quality products.However,when doing the employees recruitment,the company dominates using internal resources,preferred internal recruitment,and only a small number of employees are recruited through external sources.This paper comprehensively overviews the current status of the human resource management and the enterprise recruitment,sketches out the risk existing in the recruitment process,summaries the types of risk,and analyzes the causes of the recruitment risk formation through a thorough study of the enterprise recruitment risks.This paper also puts forward the preventive measures against risk so as to reduce recruitment risk and improve the efficiency of the enterprise recruitment.This paper will provide the beneficial reference and suggestion for the enterprise to gain a competitive advantage in the fierce competition.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which includes statement of problem,literature review,research purpose and significance as well as the research content and its method.The second part is theoretical explanation,which elaborates the concepts of the recruitment,recruitment risk and the recruitment risk management.The third part takes X company as the research object,which introduces the X company and illustrates the present situation of its human resource management as well as the current situation of X company recruitment,points out the recruitment problems of the enterprise.The fourth part is the types of the X company recruitment risk and its affecting factors which mainly summarizes the types of X company recruitment risk and analyses its causes of these risks in details.The fifth part from the strategic and tactical on the X company recruitment risk to provide effective the prevention measures to help the enterprise recruit workers to carry out effective talent screening and prevention of human resources recruitment risk.The last part is the conclusion of the study.
