The emergence of customer manager system in commercial banks is largely due to the promotion of market-oriented reform in China.In order to better meet the market requirements and provide more thoughtful services to customers,our commercial banks implemented the customer manager system in the 1990 s,and assessed the performance of customer managers.Through performance appraisal,the work of customer managers can be accomplished.Performance evaluation and incentives are given to guide customer managers to integrate their personal work into the overall goal of bank development.The development of performance appraisal plays a positive role in the development of banking business.However,at present,many new changes have taken place in China's financial situation.The development mode of commercial banks is more intensive,and there are higher requirements for asset utilization and business structure.The performance appraisal mechanism of customer managers set by commercial banks before is not in line with the current development requirements of banks.It needs to be combined with the changes of internal and external environment and the strategic development requirements of banks.Adjustment.In this paper,the author mainly analyzed the performance appraisal system of customer managers in Shanxi Branch of ICBC,summarized the specific situation of the current bank's performance appraisal of customer managers,and explained the existing problems in detail: the appraisal indicators can not fully reflect the actual work of customer managers,the appraisal method is too simple,and the application means of the appraisal results are single,etc.Combining with the problems found and the performance objectives and strategic development requirements of ICBC Shanxi Branch,the author puts forward suggestions on how ICBC Shanxi Branch should improve the performance appraisal system of customer managers,and formulates specific measures according to each link of the performance appraisal system process,including formulating performance appraisal plan,designing performance appraisal indicators and implementing performance.Assessment and control of the assessment process,evaluation of performance evaluation results,performance feedback and communication,application of performance results,etc.The safeguard measures include the construction of performance culture,the adjustment of company organization structure,and the allocation of professionals.Customer managers are the main carriers of business development of commercial banks.The performance appraisal of customer managers has a very direct impact on their work efficiency and performance.I hope this study can provide some new ideas for ICBC Shanxi Branch to stimulate the work potential of customer managers,and inspire other commercial banks in China to innovate human resources management model...
