The Study Of “Shuxieshi” And “Zaoxieshi” Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Poverty-striken Country Performance Appraisal In Dongshanba,Ningdu,Ganzhou

Poverty happens by the time humans came around.Poverty is determined by many factors such as the society,economy and politics.Anti-poverty is the world common issue,and Chinese government overcome the difficulties when they fight against the poverty.China is a socialist country,which must eradicate the poverty,must improve people's livelihood,must realize common prosperity in the course of the construction of our country.After decades of efforts,China's anti-poverty certain achievements since the New China established.However,China still did not eradicate poverty,and the form is still grim,especially in poor the rural areas.Chinese government gets some achievements of the anti-poverty since the establishment of New China.And now,Chinese anti-poverty enter into the stage of targeting poverty alleviation.In order to promote China's anti-poverty process,and realize the national rejuvenation,make the "Chinese dream" come true,the fifth generations of collective leadership of CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping proposes the “Targeting Poverty Alleviation”.The writer is the vice-Secretary of the village of Xiaoyuan,Dongshanba,which is the main village of targeted poverty alleviation.The author studies the targeted poverty alleviation during the working period.The thesis introduces the policy of Ningdu,Dongshanba targeted poverty alleviation,researches the poverty of Dongshanba,and analyzes the model for targeted poverty alleviation,namely “ShuXieShi(Given)” targeted poverty alleviation combined with “ZaoXieShi(Self-reliance)” targeted poverty alleviation,“ZaoXieShi(Self-reliance)” targeted poverty alleviation,assist with the way of “ShuXieShi(Given)” targeted poverty alleviation.It is concluded that the model of Dongshanba targeted poverty alleviation got certain effect,as well as deficiencies and difficulties.So,this model can apply to fight against the poverty in the next three years(2017-2020),so that concentrate on building a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the China's dream in 2020.
