As one of the pillars of the national economy,the automotive sector has encountered a new era of increasing emphasis on the environment and the gradual use of clean and non-polluting energy.The traditional car manufacturers need to adapt to the domestic automobile production trends and meet the relevant national policies and regulations requirements.The key to seize the direction of development of automobile manufacturing and master the forefront of advanced automotive technology,and to achieve the core competitiveness of technology leadership,is the technical staff of technological innovation and technology upgrade.So talent is the key resources to maintain sustainable competitive advantage and sustainable development,and talent training is the source of power to ensure that enterprises maintain the advantages in the market's competition,so increasing the training of automotive technology staff,the establishment of technical staff strategic training system,and enhancing the training effect have become more important.DYK Automotive Company has been implementing strategic training in the context of the 2020 development strategy since 2016,and has achieved some success,but there are still many problems.In order to enhance the strategic training satisfaction of DYK technical staff,the strategic training of DYK technical staff is promoted to a new height,and the strategic technical staff training system which meets the development of DYK technical staff and meets the strategic development needs of the company is optimized.First of all,this paper summarizes the theories of strategy,training and strategic training and satisfaction,and introduces the theoretical basis of this paper,and puts forward that strategic training satisfaction should be an important quantitative index to evaluate the performance of training.Then combined with the current situation of the human resources of the technical staff and the current situation of the training,and depth interviews with DYK executives,we understand the impact factors of strategic training satisfaction of technical staff.There are three main factors in the following three aspects:training needs,training courses and training models,such as training needs,training instructors,training and training evaluation and other factors;training support training system,training organizations and training resources and other influencing factors.And putting forward twelve research assumptions from the training planning factors,training operators and training and security system:RH1:Training planning factors have a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff;RH11:Training need has a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff;RH12:The training course has a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff;RH13:The training model has a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff;RH2:Training operation factors have a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff;RH21:Training instructors have a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff;RH22:Training implementation has a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff;RH23:Training evaluation has a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff;RH3:The training support system has a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff;RH31:The training system has a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff;RH32:The training organization has a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff.RH33:Training resources have a positive correlation with the strategic training satisfaction of technical staff.Then,through designing questionnaire of strategic training satisfaction to conduct a questionnaire survey for DYK technical staff,the final recovery of valid questionnaires 483,and the 12 research assumptions have been validated using SPSS data analysis tool.And finally we draws out the impact factors of strategic training satisfaction of DYK technical staff and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.In order to improve the strategic training satisfaction of DYK technical staff,DYK company training should focus on the company's strategy and staff career and coordinated development,attention to the effective matching with technical staff ability model and related resources and effective support of relevant resources,to ensure the effective implementation of training operations.In this paper,through the analysis and research of affecting factors of the strategic training satisfaction of the technical staff of DYK automobile company,the experience of optimizing the strategic training system of the design technology staff,can provide reference for the training system design of other staff in DYK,and also provide some lessons for the design of other employees' strategic training system.
