With the trend of economic globalization intensified, companies at this stage in the competition in the market without a good technology development team and substantial financial support it is difficult to gain a foothold, and enterprises in order to win the competition in the market the most fundamental thing is talent. Technical employee training management is becoming more and more important.In this paper, FY company as the research object, around the FY company technical staff training management to optimize the theme, according to the problem of finding,analyzing and solving problems to carry out a case study. With the deepening of education reform concept, the level of knowledge of the masses are constantly improved, so the innovation and development of enterprises also require the internal employees adhere to the study it is possible to follow the trend of the times. At this stage, some enterprises in the understanding of the technical staff training, investment, business, there are still insufficient. For such cases, the most important is that the employees are trained to do the next adjustment environment, employee training and evaluation mechanisms to improve always pay attention to their development status. This article sets Jiangsu FY group as research background, through questionnaires on 157 employees of this company, and aims at the current existing problems of Jiangsu FY group, such as the irregular organization management, unscientific procedure management, imperfect curriculum management,unsound cultural management and unfulfilled security work, by combining state-owned enterprise background, existing professional talent structure and quality of Jiangsu FY group, it comes up with the goal of perfecting professional talents training work, principle and specific path of this company, it believes that the systematic perfection on organization,procedure, curriculum and culture managements are needed for promoting the complete development of professional talents training work. Meanwhile,this article thinks that the training idea which is oriented by competency, refinement and career development needs to be established, and makes a good introducing, cultivating and external work of the training teachers, as well as improving and perfecting the incentive evaluation mechanism,thus to effectively guarantee the training works.
