Strategy is a proactive planning,it can guide the enterprise to develop.UGC is high-profile entering the Chinese market and hope to be able to really get into China's equipment manufacturing market.UGC must have a suitable strategy for itself in China,but it isn't required to execute the group's strategy.So It is necessary to study UGC development strategy in China.Making enterprise strategy,it is how to seek a better solution to solve the competition for all relevant roles.Sometimes the enterprise is unable to avoid.In order to the long-term development for enterprise,the enterprise must know its external environment,internal resources and its ability,the relationship between other relevant groups.Enterprise must face these contradictions,try its best to seek effective methods and solve these contradictions,this enterprise would have been survival and development for a long term.In this paper,base on the theory of strategic management,depend on some analysis method and some analysis tools.We analyze the current situation and external environment for UGC.To find some problems in developmental process of enterprises.According to the vision and target of UGC,the choice of the strategy is given priority by integration of grinding machine industry at the corporate level,UGC should continue to improve their products to differentiate with others in company at the business level.With the specific situation of the company,there are some specific action plan for product innovation,organization structure,marketing and after-sales service.
