Research On Poverty Alleviation Performance In Xinyang City's Concentrated Contiguous Areas

With the gradual development of the global economy and the continuous progress of human society,the concept of poverty is becoming more diversified,and the poverty standard is gradually improving.Countries in the world pay more attention to the ability and rights of the poor,especially the lack of participation rights,and attach importance to the participation of the poor in the poverty alleviation activities.But the participatory poverty alleviation performance is not satisfactory,there are generally of low efficiency,decreasing efficiency,moreover,due to the production and living conditions have not been fundamentally improved,poverty phenomena have occurred.This paper aimed at China's concentrated destitute areas involved in poverty alleviation situation,explore the participatory poverty alleviation performance evaluation,the evaluation of participatory poverty status as an example,the participatory poverty alleviation performance measure,2011-2015 years of poverty alleviation and development planning objectives the completion situation of Guangshan County,tries to reveal the present in participatory poverty problems in practice,summed up effective poverty alleviation mode,to provide policy recommendations to enhance the performance of poverty alleviation,and ultimately promote poverty alleviation work smoothly,accelerate the pace of poverty,to achieve the basic goal of building a well-off society.In this paper,the concentration of Xinyang county and Guangshan County as the research object,combing the main take in poverty alleviation and development process in recent years,the Poverty Alleviation Policies and projects.On the basis of the existing research results,the establishment of a participatory poverty alleviation performance evaluation index system,Guangshan County in recent years,participatory poverty alleviation funds and construction projects in Guangshan County,participatory poverty alleviation and development analysis.Thirdly,through the questionnaire survey,field investigation and so on,combined with the research of this paper,find out the existing problems in Guangshan County participatory poverty alleviation work,to explore the causes of these problems.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations to improve the poverty alleviation performance of Guangshan county.
