The Impact Of Green Trade Barrier To The Hunan Tea Export

Tea is one of the main export agricultural products in Hunan province.In recent years,green trade barrier has become the main obstacle of tea export in Hunan province.Based on the analysis of the present situation of tea export in Hunan province and the main green trade barriers faced by the European Union,the United States and Japan,the paper qualitative and quantitative analyzed the causes and effects of the green trade barriers in Hunan province,and estimated the effects of pesticide residue limits and pesticide residue limits on the number of terms of the export of tea in Hunan province based on data from 2000 to 2014.The analysis results show that the limited value of foreign made pesticide Fenvalerate and the number of setted pesticide residues items significantly to the results.On the one hand,the more number of foreign pesticide items and the lower limit value of Fenvalerate,the inhibition of tea exports in Hunan are more obvious.On the other hand,the development of China's pesticide items can promote the export of tea.Finally,on the basis of this study,the paper puts forward policy recommendations from industry standards,scientific and technological innovation and export strategy and so on.
