| With the rapid development of economic globalization and the emergence of serious environmental issues, the relationship between trade and the environment begin to receive international attention. Meanwhile, the green standards aiming at protecting the human health and ecological environment emerges endlessly. The green standard dual features:On the one hand, it uplifts the production levels, optimizes industrial structures and protects the ecological environment. On the other hand, it prevents the exports from countries with low standard, which objectively forms the green barriers that indirectly acts a trade protection. In view of it roles, the green barriers has becoming extraordinary prevailing. Especially in recent years, developed countries frequently update green barriers, which greatly influence China's exports. Take the tea trade for example, the import countries dominated by EU (European Union) continuously renew "Green Standards", which seriously restrict China's tea exports. As a big tea exports province- Anhui province is unavoidable, which reflected in its decreasing tea exports recently. Tea exports of Anhui province occupied an important position in attracting foreign exchange. Hence, the successful breakthrough of the "encirclement and suppression" implemented by green trade barriers with respect to province tea exports is helpful for the sustainable, healthy and stable development Anhui province's tea exports as well as the consolidation of its strong agricultural province status. This chapter introduces the social background of selecting this topic, the final purpose of this research and its social significance. The author also illustrates the research achievements of academic experts at home and abroad, points out the main idea and methods of this research as well as its innovation and deficiencies.Chapter 2:Theory of Green Trade Barriers. This chapter systematically introduces the basic theory of green trade barriers, analyzes the background and causes of its arising as well as its features, forms and development trend, its negativity and positive impact on export country.Chapter 3:Analysis of the current situation of the green barriers of Anhui tea export trade. This chapter points out that the implementation of green trade barriers by EU and other developed countries is the main causes of the decreasing of Anhui province's tea exports. This chapter also analyzes the internal and external causes of green trade barriers encountered by Anhui tea exports encounter.Chapter 4:The empirical analysis of the impact of green trade barriers on Anhui tea exports. In his chapter, the author establishes a model based on the trade gravity model and the selection of relative indexes. SPSS software's test indicates that the green trade barriers hamper the tea export of Anhui province.Chapter 5:Countermeasures to deal with the green trade barriers of Anhui province's tea export. Based on the results of the model, the green trade barriers indeed restrict Anhui province's tea export. Then it put forward specific broken "wall" advices from government, industry association and enterprise perspectives. |
