As the one of the six main modules of human resource management,Performance appraisal plays an indispensable role in the development of the enterprise.With the appearance of the new economic environment,the existing performance appraisal system of AHTI has not only been unable to support the rapid development of enterprises,and even become the key factor to restrict its development.Imperfect performance appraisal system,lack of targeted evaluation methods and non-feedback assessment results ultimately lead to lack of enthusiasm for the work of employees,the low work efficiency,which is not conducive to the AHTI to enhance competitiveness.Therefore,how to build a new performance appraisal system is the urgent problem to be solved by AHTI at present.This paper selects AHTI as the research object and helps it to build a performance appraisal system that is in line with the actual situation of the company on the basis of investigation,which enhances the level of integrated management of the company.Based on the summary analysis of performance appraisal research trends at home and abroad and the related research background,this article reconfirms the concepts,contents,methods and other elements of performance appraisal and explain part of the performance evaluation mechanism,which construct the theoretical basis of this study.On this basis,this paper researched AHTI's management status,personnel organization structure and so on and investigates and analyses the existing performance evaluation system in depth and find the existing problems and deficiencies in the operation process.Then combined with the actual needs of the company,this paper builds a performance evaluation system based on Balanced Score card.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the performance appraisal system,this article gives some suggestions and opinions on the aspects of organizational system,management innovation,training and brand building.
