A large number of foreign-funded enterprises in China are undergoing a transformation from a multinational business strategy to a global business strategy.With this reform,the importance of culture has also changed from low to high.In the stage of transnational operation,enterprises are guided by low cost,and the importance of culture is very low.In the global business strategy,companies must integrate the characteristics of local culture to design products,marketing products,management staff,customer service,cultural factors are of great concern to the company.Under this kind of strategy transformation,how to seek a moderate cross cultural balance between the home country culture and the host country culture has become the key to the success of the global business enterprise in the competition.In this paper,we focus on the cross cultural management of M company,which is a Japanese funded enterprise in China,is being changed from multinational management strategy to global business strategy.M company is a labor-intensive manufacturing enterprise before.But as China has become the world's largest consumer market,the parent company's investment in China has not reduced,and R&D department was founded in M company,to serve all factories and customers in China.3 years ago,the parent company put forward the direction of the transformation of the global business strategy,the cultural factors is focused by the company.Successfully carrying out cross-cultural management is the key factor to the company's strategic transformation.By using the related knowledge of cross-cultural management theory,this paper study the classification of management problems caused by cultural conflicts of M company at present and analysis of the source of the culture,promote mutual understanding to reach a consensus,develop the value system accepted by both parties leading to promoting cultural mergence.To create excellent cross culture team and cross culture human resource management,this paper supply the feasible countermeasure,with reference to the ongoing global business enterprise strategic transformation.
