Research On Governmental Regulation For Aquatic Products Quality Security In Guangdong Province

Guangdong is one of the largest provinces of aquatic products production,consumption and export in china.In last few years,however,aquatic products quality security incidents still occur frequently along with the rapid development of fishery industry,though Guangdong province government has taken various measures to improve quality security management.It does not only threaten people's health and security,but also seriously affects the healthy development and the export reputation of Guangdong aquatic products industry.To promote healthy and sustainable development of Guangdong province's fishery industry,it has become the top priority to improve aquatic products quality security management and establish a consummate management system for it.This paper introduces the information asymmetry theory and the government regulation theory into the aquatic products quality security management,so as to construct the theoretical foundation for the research firstly;and then introduces the development and present situation of Guangdong aquatic products quality security regulation;combs the main performance of the aquatic products quality security problems of Guangdong province;analyzes in details the problems existing in the Guangdong aquatic products quality security regulation from four aspects : regulatory agencies,regulatory system,regulatory method and regulatory environment.In the end,in order to improve the efficiency and effect of aquatic product quality security regulation in Guangdong province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions: the first is to reform the regulatory regime,the second is to enhance the power of regulation,the third is to improve the regulation system,the fourth is to strengthen means regulatory,the fifth is to optimize the regulatory environment.
