With the development of global economic integration,the market competition is more and more fierce.Enterprises have to think about how to retain its core competitiveness in a constantly changing market.Under the condition of the stable market,The enterprise which want to remain profitable,must strengthen internal management,reduce production costs.More and more enterprises realize that performance management is a effective tool of enterprise management and also is the core content of human resource management.By the performance management,the internal resources of the organization can be controlled effectively.Through the study of the objective evaluation of employee performance,Not only can improve work of all levels,guide all staff to achieve goals,but also can promote ascension of personal professional quality and comprehensive quality,achieve the purpose of common development of individual and organizations.Based on HMD company as an example,this paper attempts to use the KPI(key performance indicators)to improve corporate performance management system.The ultimate goal of the system is to realize the strategic target of the enterprise.Through the analyzes of advantages?disadvantages?opportunities and threats,conclude the overall strategic objectives of the company.Guided by the strategic targets,extract the key performance indicators of the corporate level,and decompose it to department level.According to the specific duties of each position an function,set up the key performance indicators of the job level.In combination with the weight set,give HMD Company performance index system based on KPI.To make the performance system run smoothly,in this paper,the content of each link of the performance management has described in detail.At last,through analysis of the obstacles in implementation,give the supporting measure of comprehensive performance management based on KPI for HMD company.As the study object,this article is based on HMD company,but believe that the study of performance management system based on KPI can also provide reference for other laboringtensive industry enterprises.
