Research About Risk And Solutions On Investors In Equity-Based Platform "DAJIATOU"

With the development of internet finance in China,the crowdfunding come into the view of public.Compared with the traditional model of indirect financing,the crowdfunding removed the middle section,make investors and financiers face-to-face more easily,while reducing the cost of financing.According to the difference between crowdfunding models,the crowdfunding can be divided into four models,such as commodity crowdfunding,equity-based crowdfunding,bond crowdfunding and public welfare crowdfunding.As one kind of venture capital investment,equity-based crowdfunding make social capital concentration more easily,also help startups' financing rapidly,figure out the way to solve the problems of finance of startups.In the last two years,the number of equity-based crowdfunding in China raised rapidly.But,limited to the deficiency of law and policy in our country,the equity crowdfunding platforms in our country developed by exploration.By analyze the equity-based crowdfunding platform “DAJIATOU”,this paper try to find out the risk that this investors face.We divide the risk that come from operatin g model and process of “DAJIATOU”,in order to fill the gaps,this paper also use A HP to do quantitative analysis.This paper show the weight of each risk index and t he risk level that investors faced during participate in equity-based-cordfunding.At la st,this paper make some advice through personal?platform and country,may offer to help the supervisory level to make policies.
