Driving by industrial gradient transfer and mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the central and western regions of China have ushered the tide of the migrant workers returning home. Stable employment have a strong effect on improving the income of returned migrant workers, and helping them with the nearest urbanization, and it's conducive to the accumulation of human capital, economic development and social stability as well. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the stable employment of returned migrant workers, to find out the internal and external factors that affect their employment stability, and to find an effective way to improve their stability.Based on the existing research and theory, and the survey data of 657 returned migrant workers in Guizhou Province in 2016. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics and employment status of returned migrant workers in Guizhou province by descriptive statistics.Secondly, this paper analyzes the limited rationality of returned migrant workers' employment behavior. Then, using Probit model and ordered Probit model to analyze the influencing factors of employment stability and turnover intention respectively, through comparing them,the result shows that, it is caused by passive turnover that older people's employment stability is low; it is caused by the voluntary turnover that people with higher human capital but poor employment stability; and the information supply of social capital from strong relationship is not conducive to the stable employment of migrant workers, but employment support of social capital from strong relationship could improve employment stability. In addition, this paper also confirms the existence of a negative relationship between job search cost and decision cost with the deviation degree of stable employment behavior, there is a positive correlation between the limited rationality of cognitive bias, risk preference with the deviation degree of stable employment behavior.According to the above conclusions, this paper put forward the following suggestions:First, establish information platform for returned migrant workers. Second, establish the employment advisory institution for returned migrant workers. Third, strengthen the pertinence and practicability of vocational skills training. Forth, build a system of social capital employment support for returned migrant workers. Last, improve the social security system of returned migrant workers.This paper analyzes stable employment behavior of returned migrant workers from the angle of bounded rationality, and explore the influence of related factors in different turnover behavior through comparing the influence factors of comparative stability of employment and turnover intention. These works provide a new way for the study of the employment behavior od returned migrant workers. However, there are still some deficiencies in the study of limited rationality of returned migrant workers. Subsequent research could improve these deficiencies,and do further study of different turnover behavior.
