The problem of delay retirement is one of the most important issuesin social development of China now and future.The urban workers' willness of delay retirement is the policy formulation and implementation of the system.And it is also one of the important factors that decide the public standard of delay retirement.The main purpose of this paper is to explore the urban workers' willness to delay retirement and its influencing factors.Then formulate policies to delay retirement and reduce the policy implementation the resistance to the relevant departments of science,and provide a reference for urban workers retirement behavior.This paper adopts the method of literature research and empirical research combined,through the review of domestic and foreign scholars on issues related to the research,selection of urban workers in Tianjin city as the research object,trying to determine its basic situation,through the analysis of the data of family status,work status,whether the factors of economic status and insurance status will have a significant impact on urban workers delay retirement intention,and then explain the reasons.This research uses contains endless labor and willingness to exclude endless labor will sample delay retirement intention.The empirical results show that,when the study excluded the willingness of endless labor will delay the retirement of samples,the higher the level of education of the people is not willing to delay retirement;women with delayed retirement will stronger than men;with senior technical titles were more likely to delay retirement.According to the analysis results,this paper obtained many enlightenments.The first is that the policy should be consistent with the current statutory retirement age policy.The second is thatto establish a flexible retirementsystem.The third is to build a reasonable delay personnel payment system.The fourth is to achieve the retirement age for men and women equality.The fifth is to improve the corresponding measures.
